Enjoy a 1hr Online Wellness Consultation with Aston, held via Zoom. Aston is a qualified Active Living & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Anthropometrist and is currently a 2nd year post-graduate clinical psychology student on her path to becoming a New Zealand Registered Clinical Psychologist.

Aston offers a holistic wellness consultations where you can choose your focus, whether it be your physical body (diet/weightloss, fitness programmes, nutritional recommendations to prevent disease), your psyche, your relationships, your work performance, your spiritual wellbeing or a well-rounded session that brings them all together.
